Health and wellness is one of the areas in life that is the most prone to conditioning. The world (and particularly social media) is full of diets, fitness regimens, physical and emotional detoxes, the list goes on – and while there is value in many of these offerings, there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
Your human design chart gives you insight into the habits, practices and lifestyle that will be most supportive and aligned for YOU. Do you benefit from a structured approach to exercise or a more spontaneous one? Does your body function better on three regular meals each day or intermittent grazing? Many of the aspects covered in this report are considered “advanced” and are typically not addressed until someone has an intimate understanding of their chart basics. I wholeheartedly agree that the most foundational form of alignment (and the best place to start your HD journey!) is living in accordance with your strategy and authority. However, I also believe in helping as many people as possible access the breadth of wisdom available to you in your chart. Since there’s a very limited amount of information out there on these advanced chart properties, we created this report to make it as easy as possible for you to optimize your wellness routines based on your design.
