How do I contact customer support?

Please send us an email to hello (at) thrivingbydesign.com from the email address you used to purchase a product.

How do I login?

To access your Thriving by Design course and/or other resources, simply go to our login in page and enter your email and password: https://my.thrivingbydesign.com/login

I didn't receive a confirmation email after purchase

Depending on your email provider, sometimes our confirmation emails end up in the spam or promotions folder. Please check these folders and search for Thriving by Design. If you still can't find it, shoot us an email to hello (at) thrivingbydesign.com from the email address you purchased products from.

When does Nourish by Design course access begin?

Access to the Nourish by Design course begins as soon as you successfully purchase the course. You then have 365 days of unlimited access.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for any digital content, consultations, or reports accessed or used. However, if you purchased a product in error, please email hello (at) thrivingbydesign.com
